Rachel: Hi, I’m Rachel — welcome! I’m currently on a path of deep transformation, healing, and self-discovery. After years of crippling anxiety, depression, and trying to "fix" myself with medication and traditional therapy, I hit a breaking point. I left a career in pharmacy that no longer aligned with my values and, for the first time, put myself first. A profound psychedelic experience sparked my spiritual awakening and opened me to a new way of living. I'm now studying Integrative Psychedelic Studies and exploring holistic therapies, mindfulness, and spirituality to reconnect with my truth and discover my purpose. This blog is my way of making sense of the journey as it unfolds — raw, real, and evolving. I'm here to share what I’m learning, let go of the old stories and mindsets that kept me stuck, and lean into growth, purpose, and the belief that life can be joyful, connected, and free.
